Since you are going to used grade 8 bolts to put the member back in (you are going to use grade 8 right?), the "spot" torque method will work well. I seriously doubt that you could over tighten them with normal wrenches. (No cheater bars)

By the way, the "I hate you" pic was hilarious!

The spot method is when you tighten a bolt by feel. It goes something like this:

1. Get your socket and wrench on each side of the bolt.
2. Grab hold of the wrench but if you are lucky, you will be able to brace the wrench against the side of the frame. That way you won't have to hold the wrench.
3. Grab hold of the ratchet connected to the socket and start to tighten the bolt.
4. Start grunting while pulling on the ratchet as hard as you can.
5. Fart a couple of times while pulling on the ratchet.
6. Keep going until you see spots.
7. The bolt is tight.
8. Unfortunately, if you were lucky and was able to get the wrench braced against the frame so you didn't have to hold it, now you are unlucky, cuz you gotta figure out how to turn it enough to get it away from the frame far enough to get it off the bolt.
9. Find a prybar to pry the wrench off.
10. If 9 does not work, try a hammer.
11. Once you get the stuck wrench off, repeat for the rest of the bolts.
12. This is space filler to have an even 12 steps. 11 just did not feel right.

Yeah I did. But that was different. You were taking them out. Now you are putting them back in. Whole different tactic required.

You might want to stock up on underwear.
