Re: How Often Do You Wash Your Truck?

Every Sunday, vacuum it about twice a week. I pressure wash underneath every few months, do the same under the Hood. I can't stand messy cars. I especially hate when people have chrome wheels covered in brake dust. Haha,is that being to much of a clean freak?

Re: How Often Do You Wash Your Truck?

Generally wash them all once a week depending on the weather. Like others I also use quick detail spray and a duster. The satin finish on the Heap cleans up nice with a duster and detail spray. I pick up a couple bottles of my favorite spray, "Jax Wax Body Shine", every year at Super Chevy.

Ok, thanks. I try to wash mine when ever I see dust on it. I only drive in on nice days. No rain or snow. I have my other '86 for that.

Re: How Often Do You Wash Your Truck?

I didn't know I was supposed to wash the truck. I've never washed it in the time I've owned it. It's a pile of crap anyway.

Re: How Often Do You Wash Your Truck?

1-2 a month... only cause it gets dusty under the cover. I usually uncover it and dust it. Then a couple times a month i wash it.

You can wash trucks? Really?
I keep a nice film of dirt and road grime on mine to protect the paint.
