Just wondering if there were any differences between the 68 GMC support and a 72 GMC support. Trying to find complete good condition GMC (quad buckets) supports has been a pain and I have a chance to pickup a 72 GMC support for a good deal but don't know if I will be able to make it work with a 68 hood/grille etc.

Other than holes cut for air or aux battery brackets they should be the same for the GMC's.

I think I might have one off a 72. I can go take a gander at it and let you know if its anything worth while. I'm just down in Bellingham WA

Whoops a little backwards there I thought you found a 68 and wanted a 72... drrrr.

The 72 GMC core support will bolt on the same, the only difference is the 68 GMC has threaded holes across the bottom front for the lower valance, the 72 support does not.
