Re: Power Doors and Manual Doors
Doors are doors. It depends on the window regulator, be it power or manual, that is the only difference. All bolt on stuff. The door shell is the same regardless.

Re: Power Doors and Manual Doors
Not exactly. The 73-76 doors are different. The outer skin is the same, but the inner shell was never designed to accommodate power windows.

My guess is, if his doors with crank windows have power locks, they are newer. |

Re: Power Doors and Manual Doors
Quite an odd set of options, especially a quad cab dually with only one tank. I bet he got pretty tired of hitting every gas station on his way anywhere on a trip.

Re: Power Doors and Manual Doors
I swear sometimes they just toss in whatever is left. I had an 85 monte carlo once. Had the 305 H.O., bucket seats/console, spoiler on trunk lid, full instrument package with tach and all, but had crank windows, AM radio only and hubcaps. It was like they could not make up their mind down the assembly line if it was a bottom of the line monte or a SS.
