2000 z71 had a bad weekend
Went to shut my tailgate and the driver side hinge had rusted through and broke. I have never heard of this happen and want to know if its a common thing? Also my fog light bracket broke the same day from a post sticking out of the ground just far enough up to clip it
 Also need to know where to find just the fog light bracket or if they only sell them as an assembly? How much should i expect to pay for the tailgate hinge? Thanks Chad

my tailgate hing broke on my 98.... i went to the dealer.cost me 21.00.

I figured the dealer would of charged an arm and leg! I just ordered a hinge set for $25 with shipping today and did a presidential fix on my fog light so we will see how long that lasts!
