68 LWB C10 w L92/TKO 600
Hello. I'm J.P. and I'm a truckaholic.
My father and I are building a fun truck. We have decided on a crate L92 (6.2l VVT 403hp/417ftlb for Escalade) and a Classic Chevy 5 Speed w/LS bellhousing and mechanical clutch. It is supposed to be plug n play (hahahahahahahhaha). We will see. Anyway, if we can pull it off, it should be one bad**s truck. I'll send pics your way as it continues. |

Well, we got the engine, but we went with a L92TI from Mast Motorsports (450hp!/468ft/lb!) and the TKO600 is inbound here on tuesday. Props to Tutt and his guys over there. Great operation. I am an GM ASEP instructor at San Jacinto College in Pasadena Tx. This project will be an Honors Project for several of my students. We're starting in about 2 weeks, so stay tuned!

Would like to see what you're doing. Sounds inline with what I have in mind. How were your dealings with Mast Motorsports? I have been talking to them as well but have not pulled the trigger yet. I would like to know what you think.

I'll vouch for these guys. I know them all personally. Worked there part time for a while when they first opened. I am planning on building my 6.0L there in the next month or so. Plan on using a lot of their goodies. Good shop, great guys, great products and many more to come int the near future. You can't go wrong with MAST.
