Inner dimension of 68 shortbed same as 2004-2006
Does anyone know if a pre-cut bed mat that fits 2004-2006 Classic Old body Chevy/GMC truck with the 5.5 foot short bed will fit my 1968 Fleetside C10 short/wide body? Thanks. Tom

What is a 2004-2006 Classic Old body?
The 67 - 72 trucks are 6 1/2 feet by 6 feet inside the box. |

Hi Tom,
Starting with the body style introduced in 1988, GM made their pick-up trucks a few inches narrower. I just measured a 2003 for reference and inside the bed is about 5 1/2 feet wide. As Longhorn Man said, the 67 - 72 beds are 6 feet wide so a bed mat meant for an 88 or newer truck is going to be too narrow. |
