can anyone tell me if the 1 ton has a lift?? the tires on there are 265-70-17's
it sure looks like a lift but im not sure.

Re: i finally did it!!!

I can't tell, but it looks like the previous owner put the wrong tires on it. I've got a 3/4 ton and just replaced the tires with the correct ones. The new tires do a much better job of filling the wheel wells.

Re: i finally did it!!!

It looks like it has a leveling kit on it. I would change the tires out for some 285/70/17 on the current rims. I run that size on a set of h2 rims and they look great ( in my opinion)

Re: i finally did it!!!

That blazer is awesome. I'll check the tires on the 3/4 ton suburban to see what size they are. The guy at the tire store told us that 3/4 tons must have a certain type of tire. When we bought the suburban it had smaller tires on it and the wheel openings were barely filled. I do like the truck. Of course, it's a Chevy.

Re: i finally did it!!!

that truck appears to have a lift on it look at the body mounts i am guessing a body lift with bumper readjust brackets the stock tire size on a 2500 is a 245/75/16
on a 3500 it is a 265/75/16 why a bigger tire on a 3500 ???? dont know
but i have sold them for 13 years now and something looks unstock about that stance

Re: i finally did it!!!

I agree with DANTES JIMMY. If you look at the gap between the front bumper and grill, there is less space than a factory setup. That's usually indicative of a body lift with a bumper relocation kit... nice truck though!
