Trying to Put My Stepside Fenders On

I got my bed back together, and I have the fenders bolted on, but I have these brackets, and I forgot how & where they go. I know that some of them bolt under the fender, but I'm having trouble fitting them in there correctly. I need some help. Could someone help with pics or sketches or advice or something?

I am not sure what "D" is for.

I know on mine there is rod going from the fender front and back to the bed and one going to the frame I think.

Re: Trying to Put My Stepside Fenders On

Sorry I could not give you more information, but both of my step beds are somewhat apart.

It will be interesting to find out where all the braces go because in the future I will be putting both of my beds back together. I did not take either of them apart, I got them that way.

Re: Trying to Put My Stepside Fenders On

Looks like your missing two rods there should be four of the (A) rods 2 on each side, the only place that I’ve seen that have the rods for sale is in the LMC catalog.

(B) Rod with the threads on the end is from the step aft edge to frame

(C) Rod is aft lower edge of fender to side wall at the floor rail

(D) Is the wire run support to the side marker light down to side wall lower edge at the wire grommet hole.

Hears some pictures that might help

Re: Trying to Put My Stepside Fenders On

After your help, I looked and found the other two brackets in the very bottom of my parts box. Those diagrams should fix me right up now.

Boy, I sure don't remember taking all that stuff off

Thanks for the help!!
