Switch back? Or how much to where? I think our 84 parts truck still has the dual tank harness. I'll look tomorrow when I get to the shop.

Re: WTB Dual Tank Harness

I guess my helper already had removed all the tank wiring, I dug in the bed to see if I could find it, no luck. I'm guessing he tossed it since he was not going to run dual tanks on his '79. Sorry, really thought I had it.

At a glance everything looked to be unharmed. It didn't look like anyone had ever tampered with any of it. I sold the tanks and crossover lines but still have the wiring, switch and cross over mechanism (don't know what it's actually called). I ll take $25 for all of it plus shipping. Once I get it out I'll take pics so you can have a look at it. Let me know if you interested.

Re: WTB Dual Tank Harness

I found that one section was skinned a bit near the firewall. I have a close up pic of that. There are pics of the rest. I have no idea if the crossover valve is any good, but hey it's free. Also the dash switch should probably be replaced. The only section of wire i didn't pull was the one that goes to the gauge itself. The one on your gauge should plug into this harness. It's the single pinkish/red wire the goes into the junction box on the fire wall. If you need that wire to, I can pull it, but it's gonna have to be spliced back into your junction box.

I'll pull it, but I'm not sure I can get it out without damaging the pin outs to the junction box. You may have to replace the pin on the inner and outter fire wall part of the junction box.

Also I sent you a pm.
