Seeing the fog/driving lights behind that bumper grille reminds me that I haven't found a spot that I consider "politically correct" in the placement. I'm kinda anal about adding stuff that doesn't look blended in considering the overall effect.

Since I have a smooth front bumper, I really shot myself in the foot for that esthetic treatment, but a diesel bumper wouldn't have done it, either, although it would have been the perfect place to consider the placement of those auxillary lamps. Guess I'll just have to do without.

I wonder if anyone has ever seen any yellow bulbs for headlights? I remember seeing an M-B when I was in college that had a pair for regular driving.....musta come from an area where fog was more common than sunlight.....maybe San Francisco???
