Once again you have proved your ignorance while acting like an expert.
A high volume pump has longer gear/rotors in the body of the pump. These longer gears displace more fluid per revolution than the shorter stock gears. The main body of the pump is slightly taller to accomodate this, but in every other way it is the same.....and either way it does not change the size of the opening in the rear main cap. There are no "larger passages" for any kind of flow change. You are just trying to push more (as in volume) through the same space.
It is harder to turn and more of it is bypassed internally by the pressure valve.....once again, no advantage

I don't usually get involved in these back and forth "matches", but I just can't leave bad information sitting there as the last word.
