Blazer tub??
Hey fellas I have a question (can't sleep, war injury).
I have a 1977 K5 Blazer and the Body is beyond repair. My friend has a real nice 82 Blazer that I can practically have for free. His Blazer is already missing alot of parts but the body is excellent. Can I use this tub for my Blazer??Will it bolt up to my frame ok?? I will be using all of my interior and will be just stripping the 82 body down and putting it on my frame.....will this work?? Thanks guys. I can't tell you guys enough how much this site has helped me already. Thanks to the people who keep it going. It is a HUGE asset to making my 4x4 dreams come true. |

Re: Blazer tub??
dont know about the frames but are you using your front end from the 77 or the one off the 82? if you want to use yours, your going to have to do some cutting to the cab as the hood hinges are totally different and the cowl is also diferent. its do-able though

Re: Blazer tub??
I think the year break is '78. The '77 still has a fixed rear seat, and teh rear footwell was redesigned for '78 and it has a fold and flip rear seat.
