I'm not real well versed in the GMC side of things... I'm waiting for a picture of the SPID, but does this look like it could be original? Was there a Sierra Grande available in 1970? I had this offered in trade for my Impala, and I'm trying to get an idea of what kind of value it actually has... Any input from you GMC experts would be great!

Yes, 70' was the first year of the Sierra Grande.... . 71' was the first year of the Cheyenne Super towards the later part of 71'. Trevor

Thought I'd add my gallery of the pictures that the owner sent of this truck... Pretty clean, but seems he may be leaning on the high side in his pricing:

He described it as:
"1970 gmc sierra grande custom 3/4 ton 4x4 longbed.350,auto,factory bucket seats with console,factory in dash tach,3 fuel tanks,h/d suspension with max traction rear end,running lights,a/c,138xxx original miles.been in my family since new."

Any thoughts? Guesstimates as to what it is realistically worth?
