I got a 78 step side bumper and tailgate. My question is. These parts will fit in my 69 step side c10 ?

Sorry, my bad it looked more like a statement than a question. The answer is Yes the tailgate on stepsides are the same from what 1957 to about 1987. this is a linky HERE Not sure about the bumper, need pictures

well there is a 73 to about 79 across the street and as long as you put those parts on a 67 72 then it will be fine ,chevy used 67 72 bumper brackets until the late 90s and early 2000s like on the s10 blazer

I was kind of confused when I first read this post, but you all sure have cleared things up.

My '68 step-side bed has a '62 GMC tailgate. Fits great and looks great.
