dont really know why i snagged this up but i did. go it home late yesterday thu some new cables on it and put a battery in, nothing happened hitting the key so i hotwired it and jumped the starter. put allitle gas in the carb and it fired right up. gonna do some work on it later today and try to get running and moveable on its own and go from either fix it up as do know of 2 other nicer cabs or part it out, will just have to see. heres pics for you guys

Re: 69 swb

i messed with alittle this afternoon and i can go in hit the key and it fires up. the clutch feels good as i moved around and pulled in front of the garage. motor sounds good would run alot better with a carb rebuild and a tuneup. also looked over the frame and its all in one piece as far as i can tell at this point. still not sure what im goin gto do with it yet, maybe just part it out. as i had mentioned before tho i did find a couple of nice cabs and just talked to a friend of mine and he has 2 front fenders i can have cheap, only other thing i would need is a rad support and inners for now. maybe just build a flatbed for the back for now till i come across a nice bed

Re: 69 swb

its only a 250 ci engine. lets just say i paid less then what i could get right now in scrap, and it came with a title. most likely at this point im gonna strip the cab out and scrap all the sheetmetal as it is all junk. that will give me just about enough to buy another cab i know of.
