Is the bezel, under the fan SW broken? How badly pitted is the Chrome?

The chrome bezel is crack.. So I guess this is pretty much junk.. Sorry about that I didn't notice til you said something and I went out and checked.

It is what it is if all the controls work (all the arms are good) I have several with the arms broken (junk) so I wouldn't call yours junk!
