Seat question
Could I fit a sub under the bench seat? I don't think there is enough room.
My dad was saying the only way I could get a sub in my truck would be to put it behind the seat and relocate the gas tank. Has anyone had to do this?

Re: Seat question
Many people have relocated the fuel tank to the space where the spare tire is. I am working on that very project on Tuesday. Most people weld in a plate over the filler neck hole and smooth it off like it never existed. I have seen a couple where the tank was removed but the filler neck was left there to look more original. If your only goal is to get a sub in the cab, look for a low profile sub like this one.

Re: Seat question
I just moved my gas tank to the back. I put a 69 camaro gas tank in the back with the fuel neck comin out behind a flip down license plate. I plan on puttin 2 12" Pioneer regular size subs behind the seat by buildin my own box soon. Its a little close running a fullsize sub but it can be done (I'll post pics once I build it) but a lot of guys use the low profile ones because there is a less headache tryin to find how to mount them and clear the seat. You could get some low profile ones and mount them under the seat without movin the gas tank. Some people on the site ended up doin that instead.
