I havent personally, but Stacey David (Gearz TV) swears by them, I was going to look into one the next time I do any major brake work to the trucks...

Re: Phoenix Systems Reverse Brake Bleeder

I've had good luck with the "dorman" one man or speed bleeders. They are just odinary looking bleeder screws with a little ball & spring assy. Inside that acts as a check-valve. (they're $10 for a packet of two) they work great for me as i find myself alone most of the time when it comes to brake bleedeing. You just put a little dialectrioc sylicone around them, crack em loose, pump all you need to & the air & fluid can come out, but nothing goes back in. Work great for me. john

Re: Phoenix Systems Reverse Brake Bleeder

Yikes! $80.. As infrequently as I bleed the brake systems on my vehicles, I'll stick to the old way. Takes me about 30 minutes with the help of my wife.

Re: Phoenix Systems Reverse Brake Bleeder

I use a $5 one man brake bleeder kit I got at Kragen. Little bottle with a magnet and some tubing. Now I don't need my girlfriend to help bleed the brakes.

Thumbs up Re: Phoenix Systems Reverse Brake Bleeder

I use a Mighty Vac. $30 at Harbor Freight. It not only makes brake bleeding a snap, but has a ton of other applications as well.
