My 67 is sitting on a square body 4x4 half ton chassis so it is 6-lug and I have a set of the El Dorado rear calipers. I was thinking that the 88-98 new body style 4x4 slip on front rotors might work for this. I keep meaning to grab a set from Pull & Save to test out but always run out of time when I am out there. I will look them up on NAPA's site and get some idea of the offset and thickness to see if it is even worth picking up a set to test out.
