inline 6 with A/C

i'm looking for pictures of a chevy 250 inline 6 that has an A/C compressor mounted. i'm preping for my next swap project.

Don't know where I got this picfrom, but here ya go. Radial late model compressor. Don't have pictures of an early one. Note the BIG bracket that runs rearward, and then the compressor holder bolts on it. Thre's another attachment behind the compressor. IIRC long compressors and HEI don't play well.

d13 thanks for the pic. grinch4om, my 6 ain't too bad. i don't drive it hard at all unless i'm jumping out into traffic. it's stock and doesn't feel underpowered compared to traffic around me. i'm not certain about the mpg yet because i have a fuel leak at the carb. but i know it is still better than my 69 chevelle with the 350v8. less trips to the gas station even with the fuel leak.
