I think it was time to replace my trailing arm!!

Ouch... to think I still drove it like that...

The right side T/A broke when I was in high school when I was driving down main street about 30 MPH. It broke right in front of the spring, the back end dropped like a rock.

Replacement on right is from 72 3/4 ton Arizona truck.
