67-72 z'd frame with stock ac?...

Any one out there with this setup....Im looking at z'n my frame soon, but I am away from my truck for a while so I can phisically go out and look at what I am working with....Im planning on 3 inches of "Z", with a angle cut to move it forward an Inch.....anyone have any advice, or opinions, I am open to ideas. I am not really apposed to loosing the ac, but it works so damn good...

Thanks
Jeff

Are you set on Z'ing the frame? My suggestion would be a dropped crossmember instead.
