New from SoCal!
When I graduated High school in Washington state, I moved to Southern CA and my dad said if I got my degree he'd sign over his old '67 Chevy C10 to me. So I did, and he did, and it took me a year or so to decide what to do but last month I pulled the trigger on it and had it shipped down here to me.
So now I got my old truck that My Great Granpa bought new (Still have the original receipt for it) My dad got it from him, I always loved it and now it's mine! Complete with rust, oil leaks, and in need of a full restoration. I did some work on it when I was in high school, but now it's not my daily driver so I can work on it more, and I've got this thing called a "job" so I can support my car addiction. Cooper! |

Re: New from SoCal!
It is really neat when you have a truck like that that has been in the family all it's life. Good luck and I am sure you will make your Grandpa proud. Welcome from Western Kentucky. Maybe someday you will pass it down to your son.

Welcome to the LBC homie
You will have NO problem finding original sheet metal here to replace the rusty stuff. Any performance parts/aftermarket/mods, right at your fingertips too. Good luck, it's always nice to start out with a complete truck.
