How to slow my dump and fill valve speed?

My truck had 1/2" valves on it and the lift speed was about right but the dump was too fast to try to control while driving (in my opinion). I got some fittings and put it the dump valve that reduced it down closer to 3/8" dump & i liked it much better.

You can just buy a 1/2" plug for the dump valves and drill a very small hole in it & try it, if its too slow then drill the hole just a bit bigger and so on.
