I just took a 454 tbi out complete with accessories. It would bolt right in. Let me know if you are interested.

Re: SB to BB swap? Whats needed?
make sure you get the brackets for the accessories you will run. power steering was the bear for me, i didn't have the brackets I needed.
Hooker 2455 headers work nice. get a 3 or 4 core radiator- i put a 3 core in mine with a Ford Taurus electric fan. everything else went OK.

the 350 to 400 swap is gonna require some driveshaft and crossmember repositioning I'd think.

Re: SB to BB swap? Whats needed?
Easiest and best way to get it done is to buy a kit and use some serpentine brackets off of an early 90's 350 TBI engine. Run an ad in your local Craiglist, you should be able to buy the serpentine brackets for $75 or less (I gave $75 for mine and it came with P/S pump, alternator and A/C condenser) and the adapter kit is around $100. Sorry I don't have a link, but do a search and you should be able to find the adapters.
