Gauge cluster gauge rings?
Is there anyone making trim rings that go on the cluster around the gauge openings? Kinda a decorative thing.?

Haven't seen that either.
Lots of billet panels, painted panels, wood panels, repros and cloth covered ones. The factory plastic chrome just doesn't do it for you? lol

Im working on a project and would like to have some gauge trim rings the same size as our gauges. I have been looking on ebay and finding alot of gauge trim rings but they are listed for certin cars and not giving the size of the rings... Just thought I would check to see if any one has seen anything before.

I found some from a boat supply that will work for what I was thinking about doing. But I have decided against the project.
I was wanting to use some factory gauges on my custom dash project. Just though tit would look cool with the factory gauges. But it was going to require some trim rings to make it look right. I have decided to just go with theses after market gauges that way I just have to cut the hole and drop them in: http://www.tpigauges.com/streamliner_series.htm I was going to use the stock gauges kinds like what is drawn here in this pic but it was going to require some trim rings with some custom silver overlays but Im still not sure I would have liked it : I will just keep my factory tach cluster for another truck.... |
