swb steel bed floor

would be nice for a driver. the sills look pitted but dont see any rust through. they are a few places at the rear that are rusted through and some at the front. dints and dings here and there but pretty flat. going with a wood floor in the 68. 200 or trade for parts for wood floor or other parts for my 68

Re: swb steel bed floor

I have a 1971 short bed and have bought all the parts to do a wood bed conversion... I have the head panel, oak wood, polished stainless strips, polished stainless hardware, and all the cross sills, splash guards. etc.

I have about $950 bucks tied up in all the parts. I am building a daily driver and think the steel floor would be a better option to me.

Do you have the head panel for a steel bed floor?

If so, I trade you all the parts to complete the wood bed conversion for your bed floor / head panel and $500 dollars.

Thats a pretty sweet deal considering the price of my parts were about 2 years ago. All the parts are in EXCELLENT shape.

Thanks
Walter
