You do realize the 6L80E have a seperate Transmission Control Module (TCM) and are not controlled by the ECM.
They are a pretty good transmission, but I think they aren't as efficient as a 4L60E. My G8's gas mileage isn't that great, when I think it should be better. I think most of this is due to the 6L80E....but I'm not sure. |
