20" Rims on 4x4

Hey guys I am not at all a bling type of guy, I really don't like 20's on a 4x4 for the lowered guys they look ok I guess but no my thing. The colors for my truck are Red and Black. Well I found a deal on some 39's and I really like them only issue is they are for 20" rims. I found a set of solid black 20's that would fit them but am very nervous it won't look right. Does anyone have a picture of a lifted 4x4 with big (don't have to be 39's) and 20's.

This is how the truck sat when I first got it. All of the PO's work. 39.5" Iroks. 20" Moto metals on 10" of lift.

I've since sold the whole combo and gone smaller....35s, 16" rims, and 6" lift.

I would do that size if going with massive tire. "They" say the rim should be close to half the tire size. So like 40 inch tires should have a 20 or so inch wheel.

It's not the big wheels I can't stand - it's the no-sidewall tires most people put on them. Big wheels don't look nearly so bad when they are inside tires with a normal height sidewall.

I prefer 15/16 wheel sizes personally for older trucks.

ME TOO!! that is what sparked my whole question I don't think the 20's would look bad if I went with the 39" tires but after giving it a lot of thought I don't want to put 39's on my Dana 44 I think I am really pushing it with the 37's so think I am just gonna stick with what I have for now.

Re: 20" Rims on 4x4

20s on a 4X4 look like wagon wheels! I personally cant stand the way they look. Every Time I see 20s on a 4X4 they're on a truck that never leaves the road and has never been in four wheel drive, I can usually hear the hideous sound of Rap coming out of those trucks as well.

You didn't specify what type of 4x4 with 20" rims...

Here are the only 20" rims I would ever run..
