Install the spring onto the shaft and then the bowl that's the plastic part that caxl's the turn signal it need's to go on first with the brass band down and the post for the horn wire up then put on the locking plate that has the cut out's all around it then you need to compress it and install the snap ring and then line up the hole in the wheel with the post and install it making shure it's stright.

lol, you stopped with how to do stuff right where I am stuck

I have the steering wheel itself on, but there are these two metal parts that are a part of the horn assembly that goes into the steering wheel, so when you push on the middle the horn honks, not too sure how they go on, I'll see if I can figure it out myself though, can't be that hard...

Sorry,

Is this the stock set up were talking about??

If so it's been a long time since i've seen the stock set up and i know the metal cup your reffering to now and i belive it's got three holes that the bolts go thru but i cant remember what order thay need to go back.

I think you need to install the wheel and then the metel cup go's inside the center of the hub and then your horn button will snap back into it BUT i could be wrong!
