235 60r15 vs 255 60r15

About to buy some new tires. I have 235/60r15 all the way around. Thinking about going 255/60r15 all the way around. How much is this going to fill the wheel well up? Approx. what's the difference in height?

Here's a pic of the 235.

I'd go with at least the 255's

Here's a tire size calculator you can play with

Re: 235 60r15 vs 255 60r15

On my K5 I am running 255/60-15 on the front, 275/60-15 on the rear.
When I first put these wheels on I had the 255's on the back and 235/60-15's on the front and they were way too small.

I still think the 255's are too small so I am going to put 235/70-15's on the front as they are roughly the same outer diameter as the 275's, just not as FAT.

Re: 235 60r15 vs 255 60r15

what i'am look to do is fill the wheel well up some more in the back
we cut 1 coil off of the front springs and move the rear leaf hanger bolts up =2/3 drop i think lol
