pick up coil resistance?

Anyone know what the resistance of the pick up coil would be on a 1989 Suburban 454 TBI? I am still trying to track down why this this wont run or stay running. Thanks

Re: pick up coil resistance?

Reading should be between 800 to 1200 ohms
