Somebody, save this truck from the CRUSHER!!!!!!!

Been seeing this truck on craigslist for over a month. Nobody has bought it and now the dude says he is gonna crush it soon if not bought! Somebody should jump on it! Its in NW Arkansas

I'm thinking it must have serious rust issues, or else it would have sold a long time ago. Also, that claimed $310 scrap value sounds totally out of line.

man if it was closer it would be on my tralier!!! I seriously dont get why people crush classic iron..it pisses me off really..a nice old truck that gets smashed then melted down and turned into a new prius or some smartcar P.O.S... Id rather see it sit and rot forever.....

Because people don't buy stuff. Here is one of the premier forum for trucks and none of us can take it. There's a guy in Bentonville that has a treasure trove of AD trucks and parts and he can hardly give the stuff away. It sucks but think of the millions of older cars and trucks that went to scrap over the decades, some just 10-15 years out of the factory. It might just be time to salute this one and lay her to rest.

At least he's not one of those "I'm gonna restore it someday" guys. Those are just as sad, if not worse.
