WTB: 1960 Ignition Switch
I am having trouble locating an ignition switch for my 60 SWB that has a key. I have tried getting new ones for a 66 but they are different on the plug in. Anybody who has one for sale would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Re: WTB: 1960 Ignition Switch
I just now installed a push-pull in my '61. Got no keys with the truck. Left the other in for looks.I like it alot and it was cheap at Speedway.

Re: WTB: 1960 Ignition Switch
What do you mean by push and pull? I don't even have the factory switch.

I would like to keep the stock appearance or as close to it as I can.

Re: WTB: 1960 Ignition Switch
They list the same switch for all 60-66 trucks so I think they will just send me the newer switch like I have tried and didn't work.

Re: WTB: 1960 Ignition Switch
I think the 60-61's did use a different one, the one in my 61, and one out at the scrap yard in a 60 have little ears that you can grab to turn the switch...of course you need a key and a paper clip to remove the tumbler to unscrew the switch from the dash...
62-or 63 and up used the flat face switch that is easy to unscrew and remove without a key
