More 67-72 trucks in movies

Pretty much any 70's movie I've watched lately has them in the background, here's a few, I'll post more later.

Walking Tall 1 and 2
Blues Brothers
The Man Who Fell to Earth

i watched gone in 60 seconds the other nite, and in the beginning of it when the camera pans through the garage i caught a glimpse of a 67-72 gmc in a picture on a shelf........i know it isn't a big deal but i thought it was ironic that out of all the stuff they showed that was one thing i picked up on real quick!!

The original 60 seconds has a few in it.

A movie called "Cannonball" with David Carradine has chevy and gmc in it.

" The gauntlet" with clint eastwood had a nice burb in one shot. I think it was 4x4 if memory serves correct.

OK, not quite a movie... the current Home Depot "father's day" commercial has one in it. I've slept since I saw it so I don't remember much about it. Orange (obvious), I think.

Just wached Forrest Gump, a silver stepside almost runs him over when he gets up from the bus stop to go down the street to Jennys apartment.

I saw a commercial the other day, just caught the end of it, but it had a blazer rolling and then landing (in a pond I think?) I'll have to watch for it again.

This list could get really big as these trucks were very popular and you'll see one or more in most old movies. (and even new movies)

Christine has a nice stepside in it. (school parking lot) Just watched Mr. Majestik with Charles Bronson and that's got a few in it. Lots of Chevy cars too.

Looking for old cars in these movies is part of the fun! Programs like the A-team had alot too.

Someone should compile a list. It would be a big one!

Check out the goonies movie, in the start up scene they are having a race down the beach and like four different 4x4's are in the race. Pretty neat.
