1970 Camper cab and front end
I am thinking about getting a cab and front end with a 1 ton dually rear axle. It has bucket seats in it and is pretty clean but of course the cab has a hole in it for passage into the camper part. Is the cab worth saving or just take it apart? What is this worth? No engine or trans with the cab either. Thanks

Re: 1970 Camper cab and front end
if you got room, keep it or at least store any good parts. what be really cool is if you could put a nice modern camper shell on it and tie everything in so it looks good and matches. be a much sharper rig going down the road than a normal rv with a van front end.
the other idea would be to fix the back of the cab and make a super-longhorn bed for it with fender flares for the dual rear wheels. it would make an awesome 5th wheel hauler! |

How about making a roll back out of it?
