1990's floor mats in my 1970...please help me find some

I am wanting to find some red 1988-1990ish OEM or NOS front floor mats to use in my 1970. I cant seem to find any. Any help as where to look or if someone has a descent pair lying around let me know and we can work something out. My molded in plastic portion of my carpet kit has had some trouble lamp heat damage and I would like to cover it up with some of these mats. I don’t like the after market style.

Re: 1990's floor mats in my 1970...please help me find some

Is your interior red or burgundy? They only had a burgundy red color when the new body style came out. We searched high and low for several months for the NOS burgundy 88+ mats for my dad's 87' K30 before we found a set on ebay. That would be the only place to find NOS. I did database searches on GM Parts Direct, and they were discontinued back in 03'-04'. You might have luck at a salvage yard. All we ever found was blue and grey at yards around here. You could always get the original style bright red mats for our trucks, they look good. They are rubber mats, not matching carpet mats and not cheap generic chevrolet mats. Trevor

Those look nice but the 1990's style would fit my truck a little better. I painted my truck the same color as my dad's 1990 chevy truck and even apolstered the entiorior to match as well. I will just keep checking ebay from time to time. If anyone runs into a set let me know please.

So you do need the burgundy ones for 88 up. You have the dark carmine red interior or Oxblood seat cover. Our mats are that color, best bet is ebay or a junkyard. Trevor
