Craigslist score brings me back
Life happened and I dropped off the face of the earth. My lil 68 longbed took the brunt of no longer getting worked on. Worse off now since scrolling through craigslist I found a 72 k5, built 396bbc, 4"lift, welds/tires, rhino lined interior with minimal rust, 3.73 posi for 2k! The wiring is butchered, damn stereo systems, so I'm going to rewire it but other than that, wash and drive. I'll try and post pics soon.

nice day with the wife and kids, and it couldnt have ended better. plus its an added bonus when your wife appreciates your hobby. its a nice truck and u cant beat the price!

A bit of an update. I started getting a tap in the lower end so I replaced it with a 454 I had around. Found a set of procars that I will replace the 'burb bench the PO had in the front. I had a tire going dry so I found a deal on a set of Welds and 35s. They rub a bit in full lock so it's time for a 6 inch lift. The wife so far is cool with it all. I think she's taking over the keys when I'm done!
