Want to Buy -- Inner Fender Wells

I need 2 for my 86 K20 project. I was going to order them from one of the normal spots that sells the knock off re-productions, but I thought I would check here first to see if anyone had any good used ones for sale?

Thanks!

Re: Want to Buy -- Inner Fender Wells

I have some good used ones available off a 86 c10 and I believe they are all the same.

From my research aftermarket sells for $around $50 ea. and another $100 for shipping the 2 of them and that totals $200 for aftermarket inner fenders that mifgt fit good and might not.

I will sell you mine for $140 shipping included if interested and they will fit. I can shoot ya some pics if interested.

I appreciate the offer, but I checked LMC and they are quoting $68.75 total shipping which puts the total for both inner fenders @ 158.65. I guess for the little price difference I should stick with the new ones.

However, If you would like to check with an alternate shipper to see if you can ship yours cheaper and let me know that is cool too. Thanks!

Re: Want to Buy -- Inner Fender Wells

I have a set of LMC innerfenders that I bought for my 78, I never used them, decided to airbag my truck and they wont work because the tire will hit. I never mounted them, they are brand new, and the undersides of them are lined with LINE-X bedliner. they are mint!! I am located in baltimore maryland, not sure if you would be interested in driving here, or having them shipped, but either way you can contact me through PM if your still interested in them.

Exclamation Re: Want to Buy -- Inner Fender Wells

I JUST RECIEVED A SET OF NOS INNERS FROM ANOTHER MEMBER 400 MILES AWAY. I HAD JUST BOUGHT A SET OF REPOPS FROM LMC TWO DAYS EARLIER. I PAINTED THE NOS SET & AM GETTING READY TO INSTALL THEM. I NEVER HAD A TRIAL FIT WITH EITHER SET. LOOKING AT THEM SIDE BY SIDE THE REPOPS DON'T LOOK SO BAD. THEY SEEM TO BE ABOUT THE SAME WEIGHT . THEY (THE NOS SET) HAD A VERY LITTLE BIT OF REINFORCING WHERE THE INNERS BOLT TO THE CAB & THEY ALWAY RUST OUT IN THAT SPOT,AND THE REPOPS DID NOT. THEY'RE GOING IN AN 84 CUCV BLAZER & I JUST COULDNT BRING MYSELF TO USE THE CHINEEZ PARTS ON THE 84 CUCV BLAZER. ALL IN ALL FOR ALMOST 1/3 THEY MONEY, I THINK I WOULD USE THE REPOPS WITH A LITTLE REINFORCING. ESPESSIALLY AFTER DEALING WITH A NO-ACCOUNT SELLER. IF I HAD IT TO DO OVER I'D USE THE REPOPS 4 SURE. ANYONE CONSIDERING THEM SHOULDN'T HESITATE AT ALL AS THE QUALITY IS O-K & THERE DARN NEAR AS HEAVY AS THE NOS SET, ACCORDING TO THE SELLER IT COST AS MUCH TO SHIP THEM FROM OHIO TO KY AS IT DID FROM CA. TO KY. IF ANYONE NEEDS A BRAND NEW SET OF 81-87 REPOP INNERS, & IS WILLING TO PICK UP THESE IN SOMERSET KY
I'D SELL THESE AT 50% PERCENT ($80 TOTAL) OF WHAT I PAID FOR THEM A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO ,& THEY'VE NEVER BEEN INSTALLED. . JOHN

Thanks John. Unfortunately I just can't make the trip to KY right now. I don't have the time to take off from work until after the 1st of the year.

I HAVEN'T INSTALLED THE LMC REPOP SET THAT I BOUGHT IN ONE OF MY OTHER TRUCKS YET, BUT THE QUALITY SEEMS PRETTY GOOD, JUST COMPARING THEM WITH A NOS SET. NOT TO BAD FOR THE $ ARE THEY?? JOHN
