that looks like a super tacky ground effects kit from a later model truck graphed onto that one and painted to match. I saw alot of those kits on alot of the 88+ trucks especially when i lived in a border town.

They made ground effect kits for 73-87s back in the 80 and early 90's...likely one of those.

they would be a little useless around here on these crap roads.as soon as you bottom out on a big a$$ pothole it will rip it off.

same here but yea that's an aftermarket body kit or ground effects kit. I like em.
The 88-98's I think came stock and you could get aftermarket ones. Most of the ones I saw on 88-98's had steps made in the lower rocker piece.
