Ft. Swaybar Poly Bushings
I notice in Summit that the poly bushings listed will not fit our Chevy Trucks.
Any idea why? To put it better.....what brand poly bushings will work on my front swaybar? It is a '84 "heavy-half" 1/2 ton BTW. Thanks, Mike |

Jeg's lists Energy susension master kits that include the sway bar bushings for 81-87 full size trucks. They also list the bushings by themselves by size, not by application. Do you know the size?

just measure the diameter of the bar and Summit has them either from energy suspension or prothane

Summit has bushings for both cars & trucks ( EnergySuspension, they just list the cars). The truck bushings have more material to them & are actually larger (with larger matching brackets) than the same diameter bushing required for a car.

Look up Energy Suspensions Systems on Summit. You'll need to measure the diameter of your bar, and then look up the one you want. Yes, they'll be for truck, but I know Summit has direct replacements because that's where I got mine for my '69. I believe mine were 1 1/16".
