Pictures of stock six cylinder exhaust?

Anyone have any pictures of an original inline six exhaust system. My truck had a midas setup on it and I believe it was done different than original.

Re: Pictures of stock six cylinder exhaust?

RockAuto shows the Walker components for the 6 cylinder engines at http://info.rockauto.com/Walker/Deta...?910-12211.jpg (hope I entered the link correctly).

I just picked up my truck about two months ago, but judging by the rust and number of leaks in it my exhaust set up might be stock. What are you looking for in the pictures, the whole thing from manifold back to to tailpipe? Let me know if you'd like to see something in particular and I can try to get a shot.

The LMC catalog has a a picture of a six system. I'm not sure it's 100% stock, but it bolted up to all the stock locations just fine.

Yes. I put it on my '67 C20 long bed. It fit and I was able to use the stock exhaust hanger locations.

Re: Pictures of stock six cylinder exhaust?

I bought the kit from them as well, however for a short bed. I don't have the truck at the moment it's at the paint shop. The rear tail pipe looks nothing like the one in the picture. It does NOT have the bend in the tail pipe to where it will exit behind the rear wheel. However the one I have looks like the walker system shown in this picture: Keep in mind LMC sent me this.. It looks NOTHING like the picture in their book. The tail pipe I recieved looks like it'll shoot straight back hitting the spare tire mount, I may be incorrect as I do not have the truck to compare it up atm.
