Re: Body Mounts

I am all for rubber but my LMC kit started cracking pretty bad after a year.

Re: Body Mounts

Here's the Energy Suspension poly kit I used

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ENS-3-4110G/

You will also need to buy assembly lube (use it or you'll have squeaks) and bolts. I had to do some shimming to during the install to make everything sit right. Got the shims from McMaster-Carr. 3"x3" stainless shim with tab. They're available in various thicknesses.

Re: Body Mounts

Thanks for your replies and advice. Think I will go with the energy suspension poly kit.

Re: Body Mounts

Ok. Been searching for an hour for this post I came across about 3 months ago. It may have been a build but the guy had pics of the body mounts and bolt/nuts used along with the grade.

I need the lengths of body mount bolts for each position and the grade of steel.

Re: Body Mounts

Not really an exact answer to the last question... but an easy (not cheap) solution...
ORD: Off Road Design has a 1" body lift kit that comes with the correct extended length bolts. I will probably go poly with the 1" kit so I dont have to search for washers and bolts....

Grade 8 would be overkill so probably grade 5...
