Supercharger

Here is the Weiand 142 supercharger that I replaced with a new magnusun. It has around 1000 miles on it tops. It comes with the carb that I ran on it. The carb is a holey 750cfm supercharger carb that I bought with the blower. This turned my truck from a 14.5 second slug to a 13.09 lead sled. I broke two powertrac lockers with it and it made the truck scary to drive on the nasty worn out suspension that was all original from 68. I wanted to keep it for a future project but I need the money for paint supplies and a few other parts that I need to get my truck going. Prefer not to ship but will if I have to. $950 puts it on your truck.

Re: Supercharger

At one time I wanted one of these for my 383 and if I still had it I'd take this off your hands...but I've switched to LSx now and have no use for it.

Great price tho!

Re: Supercharger

I would trade you my 69 short bed frame w/title, and give you $150 for it. The frame has been blasted and powder coated black. I could bring it up when I buy your Gmc tailgate. Just an idea. Let me know if you are interested

Re: Supercharger

Did this fit under a stock hood or did you have a cowl hood?

Re: Supercharger

It will fit under a stock hood no problems, I did have a cowl hood but it was not needed for the blower.

Re: Supercharger

damn what a deal, would buy it if I was not spending my entire savings on paint and body this weekend. I would like to do a meet sometime with all the IL members on here. It's hard to find people that are actually into restoring vehicles.
Keep up the good work.
