how hard would this be?
I have a 1985 suburban parts truck and a 1977 scottsdale, the 77 has no factory air, I want to swap the dash and the whole factory air system from the 85 into the 77. Is it a pretty direct swap over or are there a million little things standing in the way? Thanks

Re: how hard would this be?
The firewall is different. I cut out the A/C firewall from my donor, then cut out my non A/C firewall and welded in the A/C piece. You will need all the vacuum lines, A/C controls, and the electrical plugs. You will either need to wire the correct plugs into your current harness or swap the entire harness for the newer one.

![]() you might be able to cut the non A/C firewall to accept the A/C stuff...
