Solution for rotted floor boards in hand

My floor boards are definitely punky along the bottom of the kick panels along the rockers and along where it rolls up toward the front of the bench seat. In fact, you could say they are just plain rotted out. So I had some boxes land at the house yesterday and today to solve this issue. Got extra large floor pan patch panels from Brothers trucks. They look like they'll do just nice. I also got kick panel patch panels and inner rocker patch panels from car and truck shop. Si I'll be able to cut out all the rusty crap and weld in some new stuff here shortly. I'm gonna do one side per weekend. I may not get to the passenger side right away, because I'm gonna want to take the time necessary to replace the gas tank and related paraphernalia at the same time. I got a new carpet ready to go in once everything is all welded, seam sealed and painted. I may even do a picture thread on it...

Cool! As common as rusty floors are in these trucks, a how-to would be pretty appropriate.
