Need a Bench seat.

I need a bench seat. What is the difference between the years of 67-72. The only thing I am concerned with is it bolting right up. Mine has some foam missing on the part where your back goes.

seat

I just happen to have a seat where the bottom is shot, but the back is excellent. It's black from a 72. I'm going to be in your area around June 28...........Zoomy

I have one out of my 72 cheyenne (highlander) the cloth on the drivers side is no good but the foam is ok. Could be recovered or leave the NEW aftermarket seat cover on it.

Its a non tilt back.

Warbones,
Some of the bench seats fold forward and others are fixed.
They all have the slide adjustments though.
If you mounting hardware is good you may be able to reuse those parts and save you some bucks.
Also check the springs for a build sheet before you scrap it.

Lets see some pics of that 67

Have fun

I have one that is blue houndtooth i think. Anyways its got fancy designs on it and has some wear in the drivers, but its not bad, i think one streach hole, but it currently has a cover over it. It slides and moves foward i believe. If you interested i can check it out better. nt_expert@hotmail.com

Warbones, Not sure what sort of seat your looking for but I will have a non-folding bench with tan or brown vinyl covering for sale. Seat brackets and slides work good. This was recovered about three years ago and is not fancy but sits good. Couple nickel sized tears in lower edge near door panel. Looks good for a driver. Let me know if interested, I'm just south of you by 30 miles or so.

Tilt backs

A tilt back seat allows better access to the stock mounting location for the Jack, jack handle and lug wrench. The handle and wrench mount under the seat towards the back in front of the tank. The bottle jack mounts near the passenger side cab corner. FYI.

Bench Seat

What I am looking for is a seat with no foam missing. I have a 67. Not sure it the seat folds or not.
My seat foam has some deep slits in it. I just bought one of those cheapo seatcovers for the Truck bench seats for now so I don't care what the covering is like. Just the foam.

The stock seats can be fixed to have tilt back, just remove the top bolt (there are 2, per side) where the back bolts to the bottom seat and voila! you have a tilt back seat now
That's what I did in one of my trucks (gotta make sure that my gas tank is still back there every now and then )
