Are my tires too big for this drop?
I am going to drop my chevy with 2 1/2 drop spindles in the front with new shocks and 4 inch rear drop spings, lowered shocks. My tires are 235/75/15. Am I going to have any problems?
I am also buying shock relocaters for the rear, new spring retainers, and an ajustable track bar. here is a link to some before shots. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...threadid=54971 Thanks for your help!

Your wheels should not be a problem. Just check the lower A frame fit if your rims are more than 8.5 inches. I am having some problems with my Panard bar in the rear after using 4 inch dropped springs on a 1971 Lwb. I would be interested in how you or others layed out the geometry of bar from the rear housing.

I am running ECE's adjustable track bar on the rear of my '69 SWB, with a 4-inch drop, via springs. The rear end is centered in the chassis. When I had it aligned, we went with factory settings, even though the front was dropped 2.5-inches with spindles. Only mitigating factor was a change to 7-inch wheels from the 8-inch width....disc brakes add width to the track, compared to drums.
