I need help finding headers for D-port heads

My truck has an lt1 swapped in however the po didnt see any reason to fit another style of header than what the truck had on it... So needless to say after trying for a week to figure out where my insane exhaust leak is coming from, I realized the round tubes dont even come close to meeting up with the d ports.


If anyone has any idea where I can find some long tubes for these heads that will fit this truck (77 2wd) Id really appreciate it. Already searched this site, google, summit, jegs...
